Our trainers design and customize each workout to fit your needs and lifestyle but challenge you to reach your goals while making it fun and encouraging you to make fitness and wellness a part of everyday.

FitKids

Have active kids? Inactive kids? Kids who need structure and discipline? We've got you covered. We truly believe a healthy foundation in fitness is necessary for us all and the earlier we teach the sooner they will learn to love and gravitate towards a healthy lifestyle naturally. Kids will learn the importance of moving their body daily, learn healthy food and snack options and also learn to challenge themselves on a physical level while learning that they "can do hard things!".  We make fitness fun and ensure they are safe all while they're learning necessary life and wellness skills.

Adaptive Training

 We offer science-based private and small group training programs that are designed to meet the unique challenges of children, adolescents, and adults with mental, physical, and cognitive challenges. The purpose is to provide individuals with limitations the access and inclusion to wellness and fitness through knowledge, exercise and community.  Our sessions are tailored for each participant’s unique needs, which leads to faster recovery. Expert one-on-one functional training is designed to help increase range of motion, strength, balance, and stability. 

Pre/Post Natal Certified Trainers

Our goal is to provide you with a customized framework of strength-building tools that guide you through any stage of motherhood. Whether you are prenatal, postpartum, or balancing the demands of  kids, we'll be there to support you through each step along the way. You’ll improve your overall energy, gain more confidence, and feel more in control, helping you become the best mom, and person, you can be!
